Growing Paid Social Through Creative 

Mochi Health is a telehealth startup and wellness marketplace that connects patients with providers, personalized care, and a wide range of medications and treatments. At Mochi Health, I built and scaled UGC and motion design ads across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snap), owning the process from sourcing creators to launch. I helped start TikTok Ads and shipped a high volume of test-driven creatives onto the platform. This test-and-iterate approach led to clear performance wins and real conversion growth.

motion design

I created motion design assets for promotional campaigns, adapting content to fit the unique requirements of each social platform. I managed a high volume of ads, ensuring proper sizing and format, and ran small A/B tests on copy, imagery, and color to optimize performance. Most of my work was used for Meta ads, allowing me to combine creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to drive engagement and results.

User generated content

I owned the end-to-end UGC workflow, from sourcing and contracting creators to negotiating rates, developing creative briefs, and providing feedback throughout production. I also edited raw footage in CapCut and ran small A/B tests to determine which hooks, edits, and messaging performed best. I ensured content was posted on schedule, tracked and reported performance analytics, and used those insights to iterate on high-performing videos. Throughout the process, I partnered closely with the finance team to make sure creators were paid accurately and on time.
