Overview
Mochi Health is a telehealth startup and wellness marketplace that connects patients with providers, personalized care, and a wide range of medications and treatments.
Â
At Mochi Health, I worked on a lean design team creating paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat. I owned the creative process from sourcing UGC creators and managing partnerships to designing, animating, launching, and optimizing campaigns. Alongside creative production, I managed campaign performance by auditing ad accounts, optimizing platforms, and shipping a high volume of test-driven creatives that drove measurable conversion growth.
Tools: After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, CapCut, Claude, AI Image/Video Generators, Eleven Labs

Asset Generation
I used AI to iterate on medication asset images used across different touchpoints at Mochi. With 2,000+ SKUs from 80 pharmacies across the country, manually capturing each unique medication would have been nearly impossible. This workflow allowed me to quickly experiment with different visual directions and create specific medication assets on demand for evolving marketing needs.

User Generated Content
I owned the end-to-end UGC workflow, managing 30+ net-new creators per quarter from sourcing and contracting through rate negotiation, creative brief development, production feedback, video editing, and payment coordination. I edited raw footage in CapCut, A/B tested hooks, edits, and messaging, and used performance analytics to continuously optimize creative. On average, I launched 15–30 UGC video iterations per week. By scaling creator-led content on TikTok, I helped drive approximately 3× growth in daily conversions while ensuring content launched on schedule and creators were paid accurately and on time.
